Overseas factories have diverse workshop layouts, and customers require a C-type hydraulic Servo Press with a flexible and adaptable body structure. To accommodate side-assisted hot pressing applications (such as rapid trimming of workpieces after hot pressing), the C-type body requires an opening width of 1200mm or greater (customizable based on the press table dimensions) and a height of 1500mm or greater. This ensures that workpieces (such as 1000×800mm composite panels) can quickly enter the press operating area, eliminating the need to adjust the workshop layout and saving space costs (increasing space utilization by 25%). In scenarios where castings are rapidly transported within a Casting Machine (e.g., immediate shaping after discharge), the customer required a C-type press with a depth of ≤2000mm and a height difference of ≤±50mm between the work surface and the casting machine discharge port. This press should be compatible with a robotic arm (with a load capacity of ≥50kg) to directly grasp the casting and feed it into the press. This reduces intermediate transfer steps (transfer time is reduced to less than 10 seconds) and avoids the increased difficulty in shaping caused by cooling of the casting (which requires a 15%-20% increase in shaping force). For heavy-duty split-work scenarios where a Four-column Servo Press is used for primary pressing, followed by a C-type press for auxiliary shaping, the C-type press must have a load capacity of ≥ 2 times its rated pressure (e.g., a 20,000 kN press must support ≥ 40,000 kN). Furthermore, the center distance between the C-type press and the four-column press must be adjustable (1,000-3,000 mm). This ensures that when the two presses work together, the workpiece transfer path between the two machines is minimized (≤ 500 mm), improving production efficiency (reducing production line cycle times to 30 seconds per piece).
