Product Description

Second generation 10080 Gravity Casting Machine Features:

1. The whole machine adopts PLC control, and the pressure, stroke, mold opening speed, rotation speed, rotation angle, etc. are all adjustable.

2. The extended guide sleeve design has high parallelism and better stability, which is more conducive to automatic operation.

3. The four columns are made of high-strength materials, and the surface is high-frequency quenched for good wear resistance.

4. The inverter is installed to accurately control the speed and stroke of the main cylinder and the rotating cylinder.

5. The shock-absorbing device minimizes the vibration generated when the cylinder rotates to the base to avoid damage to the sand core and affect the molding of the product.

6. 10-way water cooling and air cooling control the mold cavity temperature and improve production efficiency.
