What should we pay attention to when using pneumatic press?

1. Do not add other hydraulic oils without authorization. The hydraulic oil quality selected for the booster cylinder during design is VG68# anti-wear hydraulic oil. Do not replace it with other liquid media (such as engine oil, water, etc.) without authorization.

2. Keep clean. Before connecting the booster cylinder to the gas circuit, please remove dust and other debris in the pipeline and components to avoid reducing the service life of the booster cylinder.

3. Be sure to operate according to the procedure. The action procedure must be operated according to the action procedure of the gas circuit assembly diagram, that is, pre-pressure action-boosting action boosting pressure release-pre-pressure reset.

4. Use within the normal air pressure range. When the cylinder is used normally, the working air pressure must be operated within the working air pressure range specified in the inspection report, and must not exceed the specified working pressure.

5. Pay attention to the working environment of the booster cylinder. The temperature in the working environment of the cylinder is set when the cylinder is designed. If the working environment exceeds the temperature due to the need to change the working environment due to work, contact the relevant personnel of the booster cylinder technology. Since some components in the cylinder are made of iron, please do not use it in a particularly messy working environment (such as an environment with contact with chemical substances). Please also install an effective air treatment component (three-point combination) at the front end of the cylinder and lubricate and drain it during the connection.

6. Pay attention to maintenance and check the operation of the booster cylinder frequently. In order to prevent the cylinder from damaging your mold or workpiece due to excessive pressure during boosting, please install a pressure reducing valve at the entrance of the booster section to effectively protect your product.
