Structural Design

Working Principle
 The C-type press-fitting hydraulic press uses liquid as the medium to transfer energy. The power mechanism is composed of an oil tank, a high-pressure pump, a low-pressure control system, an electric motor, and various pressure valves and direction valves, etc. Under the control of the electrical device, the conversion, adjustment, and transmission of energy are realized through the pump, the oil cylinder, and various hydraulic valves, so as to push the press-fitting components to carry out press-fitting operations on the workpieces and complete the cycle of various technological actions.
 
Performance Characteristics
 Adjustable Pressure and Stroke: The pressure can be steplessly adjusted according to the process requirements. The press-fitting stroke is generally controlled by a timer, a pressure switch, a position sensor, or the customer's own mold. At the same time, the return height of the press-fitting main shaft can also be adjusted within any stroke range through a timer or a position sensor. In addition, there is a manual adjustment mechanism, which enables the pressing head or the upper worktable to be pressed at any position within the stroke, and the lengths of the rapid feed and working feed strokes can be adjusted arbitrarily within the designed stroke range, making it convenient for users to make precise adjustments according to different workpieces and process requirements.
 Diverse Control Modes: There are two control modes: manual and semi-automatic. In the manual mode, the upper press-fitting die can be stopped within any stroke range. It is equipped with an emergency return button, and an infrared hand protection device can also be added to ensure the safety of operators. Some advanced C-type press-fitting hydraulic presses also adopt a numerical control system, and parameters are set and operations are carried out through a touch screen, etc., to achieve more precise control and automated production.
 Smooth Operation: The equipment uses liquid as the medium to transfer energy, and the running speed is uniform and stable. Compared with pneumatic equipment, the speed and pressure are adjustable and controllable, the output force adjustment range is large, the independence is strong, the performance is more stable, and it can effectively improve the press-fitting quality of products.
 Energy-saving and Efficient: Some C-type press-fitting hydraulic presses adopt an intelligent servo energy-saving system. For example, a servo motor drives the hydraulic pump. When the hydraulic press is not in operation, the motor is stationary and does not consume electricity, which can save 50%-70% of the electric energy. At the same time, the servo system has a fast response and can meet the changing requirements of different processes for speed and pressure. In the fully automatic production mode, the production cycle is about 60% shorter than that of traditional models.
 High Precision: Some high-end C-type press-fitting hydraulic presses are equipped with high-precision displacement sensors, and the detection resolution can reach 0.03mm or even higher, with high repeat positioning accuracy. For example, the machine with servo intelligent control has a repeat positioning accuracy of up to ±0.015mm and a pressure error of ±1% bar, which can meet the processes with high requirements for press-fitting accuracy.
 
Application Scope
 The C-type press-fitting hydraulic press has a wide range of applications. It can be used for processes such as punching, embossing, shaping, riveting, bending, shearing, and stretching of various materials, as well as the press-fitting and assembly of various small parts. It is a multi-purpose press. Specific applications include the embossing, forming, shallow drawing, shaping, and pressure assembly of metal or non-metal parts, such as the forming of glasses, watches, electronic connectors, and the press-fitting of motor rotors, stators, and bushings. It also has a good effect on the die-cutting process of high-density circuit boards and wire harnesses.
