The horizontal liquid forging machine has a structure of downward injection, vertical extrusion, and horizontal clamping, which makes it more convenient to inject the molten metal, apply pressure, and open and close the mold during operation. The vertical liquid forging machine usually has high rigidity and stability and is suitable for producing parts with high precision requirements. According to the process method, it can be divided into direct squeeze casting machines and indirect squeeze casting machines. In a direct squeeze Casting Machine, pressure is directly applied to the entire surface of the molten metal. In an indirect squeeze casting machine, pressure is indirectly applied to the molten metal through the runner.
