Reasons for insufficient pressure of 600T hydraulic press

Reason:

Insufficient oil (low oil tank level).

Oil contamination (impurities clog the filter or valve core).

Oil viscosity does not match (too thin or deteriorated).

Solution:

Check the oil tank level and add it to the standard range.

Replace the hydraulic oil and clean the oil tank, check the filter (replace or clean).

Use the recommended brand of hydraulic oil.

Reason:

Pump wear (internal leakage of plunger pump/gear pump).

The pump suction port is blocked or air is inhaled.

Solution:

Test the output pressure of the pump. If it is lower than the rated value, it needs to be repaired or replaced.

Check whether the suction line is leaking and clean the suction filter.

600T hydraulic press overflow valve or pressure regulating valve failure

Reason:

The pressure setting of the pressure regulating valve is too low or the spring fails.

The valve core is stuck, worn or the seal is damaged.

Solution:

Re-adjust the overflow valve pressure.

Disassemble and clean the valve core or replace the overflow valve.

600T hydraulic press cylinder or pipeline leakage

Reason:

Cylinder seal ring is aging (internal leakage).

High-pressure pipeline joint is loose or broken.

Solution:

Check whether the cylinder sinks (pressure test) and replace the seal.

Tighten or replace the leaking pipeline/joint.

Reason:

The reversing valve is not in place or the electromagnet is damaged.

Proportional valve signal is abnormal (such as PLC output problem).

Solution:

Manually test the reversing valve action and check the resistance of the electromagnet coil.

Use a multimeter to check whether the proportional valve current signal is normal.
